i have a reliance net connect plus modem 9387697200. it has been showing the message the remote computer didnot respond message for passing 2 days. this problem occurred 2 time before . i i called custmer care and after waiting 30 i was not get connected . i went the shop from there i bought this modem and same error showed and they don't know the exact reason behind. i am frustrated with there service and bad customer care
