Anonymous on "Complaint against Reliance Broad band Connection in Ahmedabad."

I am a user for reliance broadband services. At the time of purchasing new connection a sales person from the team of reliance broadband came down to my place for the registration for new connection his name was Kailash. Well I registered a new connection by giving a cash amount of Rs.1740/- and got new connection, after a month new bill came to me charging for the same amount. I’ve already emailed the receipts photo to reliance broadband on broband@relianceada.com, I’ve also attached the same photo whichever the amount I paid to them.
Further to it, I visited the reliance broadband office with the same receipt and asked for the unpaid amount which I’ve already paid and they informed me that the concerned sales person did not deposit the amount. Now they have suspended my connection and asked me to re-pay the same amount. Friends, I am in extreme need help from your team. Please let me know whatever is applicable.
