I don't know if this is going to help I just hope it does, lets cut whatever has happened and end with a conclusion that Reliance is defying people. It's really annoying to keep calling the customer care service 198. I mean I call them more then I call my mother ( jokes aside )
Ive bought this connection especially for this 156 3g internet recharge and now I don't even get it. It's been happening since the beginning of April. I just get 510 mb instead of 1 gb.
I've called the customer care, they told me the rest will get refunded within 48 hours . IT DIDN'T...!!!!! I called again this time a kind lady had given a complaint from my number . N I got it..! Now again I had recharged. And everything is repeating again. M just irritated to call the customer care . But I did it again a lady said that she's given another complaint in my number . I don't know if she did. And till now I haven't got anything. One time when I had called I had got into a bit argument with a guy. He was acting tooo smart.. And says that it's none of his problem he can't help.. I mean look at the cheek.. it's the costumer care service they should be helping us right..?!
Can you help ..? I mean it's a long story I just tryd to make it short what I WANT is that the next time I recharge I WANT my 1 gb. And I don't want to ever call the costumer care. I CANNOT speak in the customer care language .
