Thanks for the reply.

I have applied for INP on 17th of May 2014 so it is more than 7 days now.

And if the GSM sim is not activated why i received the msg stating that your sim is activated and also why i am able to receive the incoming calls.

I have checked my CDMA sim, the services are not active.

Please resolve this ASAP. I am not able to make the outgoing call from last 44 hours. and facing a lot of problem. I will be very greatfull to you if you can take this as a high priority or else i have to switch my service provider from Reliance to some other networks.

Hi,

I am . Some days back I have applied for the SIM migration from Reliance CDMA to Reliance GSM. Yesterday night my SIM got activated and i am able to receive incoming calls but not able to make the outgoing calls. From last one day I have tried 100 times to make a call but every time it is redirected to SIM activation. Even though if i call to some other number or 198 it is redirecting to SIM activation again and again.

I have explained this problem to them 100 times but no body is able to resolve this till now. I wanted to know what is the issue and please resolve this ASAP because i am facing hell lot of problem.

Please do the needful as soon as possible. I am a regular user of Reliance from last 5 years. But It is really disappointing that You guys are not able to fix my problem.
