Hi Sir,
They have deducted my balance approx Rs 150 without any intimation. I have called many times in customer care but they did not have satisfactory answer even many times they cut my call after putting it hold for long time. I also taught their manager but he also did the same just told me that just put my call on hold and after some time cut my call. So i thought that they don't want to resolve my problem.
I will change the service provider if my query will not resolve as soon as possible because i have faced this problem many times on my no.
