Hello Concerned Authority,
My name is Yogesh Kumar. I purchased a new
connection (9555304062)
through a retailer. Retailer name is Brijesh and
registered as Geeta
communication, Near Railway Station, Gurgaon. I
provided my DL as
identity proof and one photograph as well. When
it came to
verification part one of your care executive told
me that this number
is not registered with name Yogesh Kumar. Also
he told me that Half of
the address part is not matching with the record.
I asked for the
solution. He asked me to get in touch with retailer
and nearby
reliance office. I went to the retailer. Retailer just
dialled *333
and again tried my verification with different
names like Jogesh,
Yagesh, Jagesh, Yogen etc. as your executive had
already told him that
there is spelling mistake in first name. But he did
not succeed.
AFTER THAT I TRIED CARE NUMBER *333 A
NUMBER OF TIMES BUT EACH AND
EVERY TIME INSTEAD OF ANY SOLUTION OR
MAKING ANY CORRRCTION, THEY
ADVISED ME TO GET IN TOUCH WITH RETAILER
AND LOCAL OFFICE. I HAVE
ALREADY MET 5-6 TIMES TO RETAILER AND
ALSO WENT TO YOUR OFFICE (
573/2, ADDARSH NAGAR, NEW RAILWAY ROAD,
OPP AUTO STAND, GURGAON). BUT
EACH AND EVERY TIME THEY BEHAVED ME LIKE
A STUPID MAN. AND FINALLY ALL
THE PARTIES SAID THAT THEY DONT HAVE
THEIR FAULT AND THEY CAN NOT HELP
ME AND THERE IS NOT ANY SOLUTION FOR
SUCH KIND OF PROBLEM.
NOW CAN ANYBODY PROVIDE ME ANY IDEA OR
SHOULD I GET IN TOUCH WITH COPS
AND TAKE A HELP FROM CONSUMER COURT. OR
SHOULD I DO NEGATIVE
WORDMOUTHING AGAINST RELIANCE.
