Oh really! India times shopping. It is bloody worst site for shopping i have ever seen.
Everything from order to delivery or refund ,bloody crap.
I ordered a combo of two sweat shirts on 12 Dec.2015. firstly i got my order after 20th Dec. then next thing what i see , they have delivered the sweatshirts of some other brand,not only that ,even colors and also the design was far different than what i had ordered. Then i talked to their customer care to exchange it. They took more than a week to pickup it. Then talking to there customer care for almost a week to cancel it and refund the money , they only used to say that it hasn't reached our warehouse yet, then only they could cancel it and then refund. It is 30 jan 2016 Now, still i didn't get my cheque.
This is not the only case , my friends ordered many things from indiatimes ,they also suffered many kinds of shit. Hell with this indiatimes shopping.

People I have been using vodafone since it was orange then to hutch and now to vodafone
recently I realised that voafone was charging me 5 rupees per day for some bollywood and another 15 rupees per week for some south india blah blah blah.
I have no idea for how long they have been stealing my money
so i made numerous complaints at their store and to their call center, none of them give us complaint numbers, waste our time and the next call or visit I need to repeat the whole thing again. they never respond to emails
I have been asking vodafone for an Itemized bill that shows my charges and usage. I have promised them that I will take them to court for providing service other than telecom.
vodafone claims that these are third party charges
My argument is I have not authorized vodafone to pay to third party on my behalf
I have only signed up with vodafone for telecom services and nothing else

as always vodafone keeps calling me through its collection centers and threatens me with court proceedings. I keep telling them send me the itemized bill and get paid... this is a stalemate right now
Im sure millions out there are facing this problem

I have received notice from your so called lawyer K H Halai and Priya Aggarwal on 20th Jan 2016.
Before sending notice you should have referred by emails sent on customercare@tikona.in.
If you have not yet gone through my emails please go through it.
Here are the email dates for your reference.

For your kind information I have received disconnection approval from Tikona in writing. My request for disconnection was also taken by your customer care executive on phone (Please refer your telephone recordings). I have requested for disconnection well in advance. I was told not to use net service after expiry of term and I did that. It was Tikona's duty take back all accessories after disconnection and not my lookout.

If you would have taken care when I was complaining regarding service, I would have continued the service but you never gave support that time. Now you are chasing for the bill for the period which I have not used.

I am frequently getting phone calls and sms from Tikona regarding this issue. My personal life got disturb due to your anytime phone calls. My inbox got full due to your frequent sms. Now you started sending legal notice.

It is high time now. Please stop this immediately otherwise I will take legal action against Tikona. I am working in media field. I will spread this issue in print media and social media.

I asked to customer care for 1 GB 3g internet for 1 month and he told me yes sir there is an offer worth rs 147 and you will get 1 GB 3g internet for 28 days .as per plan I recharged my number with 147 by e top up and get only 450 mb 3g net and now they are saying tell the name of your customer care whom you taken the info .my pack was activated next day morning and I don't remember the name of that person

i got call from fake person . she said that she is calling from delhi lok adalat( delhi high court). she said that their is case against you you didnt have any idea. i said i dont have any idea about case. i asked what is the matter, then she has given number whos name is Advocate Ashok kumar(08802679937). and the lady name who called me is Nilam Sharma(7291862742).
please alert from this call and share their name to all people.

I have received a call from 9136620213 representing himself to be a person from delhi lok adalat(delhi high court cleark)and informing me that a case being case no BL5163/16 is pending against me in delhi lok adalat and literally threatened me that if i dont appear summon will be issued against me and further told me to talk to government lawyer Mr.Vikram Rana and provided me with his mobile no.09910528962. When i search for the advocate vikram rana i saw number of people are geting same call so i need to report this also The way the person spoke to me and threatened me it was nothing but a trap and fraud call to cheat the innocent persons by taking their account details and others. Kindly take necessary and immediate action against those fraud people to protect the innocent persons from such cheaters.

I was moving from Mumbai to Delhi so I hired Royal Logistics and Packers to pack and move my goods. I its been a month I have no idea where are my things. Every time I call they give some excuses.Recently they are saying that the goods have reched Delhi. But when I call there Delhi office they keep on postponing the date. They have taken all the amount and not yet delivered the goods. I am using Reliance Mobile number 9016645181, with regular recharge and data pack of Rs 127.
On 15 Jan 14 I had balance of more than Rs 300,00. I would have used not more than 30 minutes of talk time, mostly local. However on 28 Jan my balance had reduced to Zero.
Call center was not able to help as repeatedly they said that their system was down.
I went to their authorised shop, who also said their system was down.
I am disappointed at the response and feel cheated.

These people are cheated me on broadband connection. I have taken this broadband connection 9 months before. Every alternative days I’m facing problem like internet disconnection. From past 2 weeks I’m fed up with these people and continuously every day net connection was disconnected so many times. Immediately call back to customer care then respective area executive will come and resolve it otherwise automatically it will connected. I didn’t understand what’s wrong. Even today also net was disconnected so many times. Since morning I called 6 times to customer care to resolve the issue. I have an option to work from home and from past 2 weeks I’m facing these problem and my salary also deducted because of this internet issue.

I request to resolve this issue ASAP.

And Please don’t take Hathway Broadband connection.

my full working prepaid sim was blocked without any reason or prior intimation. Upon asking the reason they had no explanation to give.
I had to go to Vodafone gallery 4km away from home at 1030am, where the executive asked me shift to postpaid from prepaid for immediate effect. So i paid 200rs and shifted to post-paid. Gave all documents and had been confirmed and reconfirmed several times that my sim would get activated within 2 hours. However it wasn't activated till 6pm. So i again revisited the store. And got a false confirmation that the sim would activate surely by 8:00pm. As expected nothing happened as promised.
This is purely harassing the customers for no reasons.

after some days I have received bill from reliance for the period when I did not used the data card , I called many times to customer care to delete this bill becoz I have never used this card after my call after 19th Oct or 20th Oct for deactivation , then they suggested me to visit Reliance Store for this issue.

I have visited your store and there I came to know that your people had not taken my request of deactivation in your system but that person whom I spoke for deactivation told me that he had taken my request but then your store person told me to recall customer care and again give request for deactivation , same day again I have called your customer care for second time for deactivation and that day they had taken my request in your system and confirmed me that from now I will not receive any payment reminders,

But your people are continuously giving reminders me for bill payment every time I’m telling that I have already deactivated the data card , it was not my mistake that your people had not taken my request in your system.if you want to reconfirm please check your data or call recordings it will confirm you that I had given deactivation request on 19 or 20 oct for the first time.

Now I don't remember what was my billing cycle but i had paid amount what was your customer care person told me to pay before deactivation and he had confirmed that after receipt of payment they will deactivate my datacard.

yesterday I received massage from reliance stating “ Last date to withdraw notice hence pay Rs.887 of Reliance CAF 500004034892 or else be present at Pune Court on 13/02/16 Cont.2032346267”.

I have not used the data card & still you have generated Bill.

I have e-mail this all details on data card.support@relianceada.com and also to your legal department but no body is responding and they are only giving me reminders and harassing me.

Requesting you to please look into this matter and please cancel this bill , I have not taken services from you.

SIR
This is the great robbery by the HDFC MOTIHAR BRANCH when they deducted more than Rs. 1300 from my account and without any prior information. Actually initially they agreed to open my account at their branch at zero balance as they have tie-up with LIC Motihari. As i work as LIC Agent in LIC Motihari branch and my commission used to go into HDFC account . As everyone know that the work of LIC AGENT is same as "No work no commission". Since from past few month i was severely ill and i couldn't do my business well my commission was not going to my account. I don't know what's the reason for deduction of my Rs. without any intimation and is that fair that u open account with zero balance and u deduct my money without information. Is that not a burglary. is that ? If i couldn't got my issue resolved very soon i would file a case against HDFC Motihar Branch in consumer forum. As every one know that the work of agent is not like a regular employee and if you people open the account on zero balance then how could you theft money. Was my money was for free or without my labour. This is a punishable offence and cheating is not allowed to your dear customer.

Hi All,

I requested to Tikona to close my connection on 7 october 2015 , I already paid the bill that was generated till date. Called them even 5 to 6 times to just simply close my connection. They collected the device, modem etc. Now at 21 Jan 2016 some threatening calls from them like : "Hi I am calling(seems like cheap girls calling from call center) from Delhi civil court [mobile no: 8826693294] , Tikona has filed a case against you , you have to pay 3000 within a hour otherwise we will process further this case and you will not be able to get the government jobs in future"

Really ? I mean how can a company be so cheap , they are morons.

For the evidence of my request please check the following mail thread to Tikona customer care

"Hello,
As per my request on 7th October my connection has been already suspended 1112151382. Please note I dont want to use Tikona any more and in any case, please shutdown my connection asap, "

They are keeping generate bills, please somebody help me I am mentally tortured.

I have Ported my two numbers into Vodafone RED Postpaid plan in July 2015 with expectation of good quality service . But from 2nd Billing cycle every month I have been getting Fraud Bill from Vodafone , sometimes it was issue of Not getting Rental-Discount for MNP, sometimes wrong Roaming Plan activation, some time forceful activation of Itemized Bill. Every month I had to approach Customer Care, Nodal office and Appellate office to get the adjustment / Credit for wrong charges.Even in December I had to approach Vodafone's Facebook Page after not getting the resolution from Appellate Team.

But in current month's Bill, Dated 24/01/16, I have received a Bill with whopping extra amount of INR 883. For the last 12 days I have been following with Vodafone team, but till date did not get any response / resolution. I am feeling totally frustrated , mentally stressed, harassed and helpless. Kindly let me know how to filing a case against Vodafone India for Fraud Billing and Pathetic Customer Care Services.

when i share these with my dad he told me dont worry hum police complain kare ge if next time call aaya toh.
true caller me bhi unka naam Delhi kar k dikha raha he.jaha ab tak me gayab nai hu.

stop disturbing to clean peoples.please.
