This is regarding change of plan and wrong billing without informing me from the Vodafone.
I have purchased Vodafone Post paid SIM connection on 29th October 2015 which is activated on after two days that is on 31st October 2015. The plan explained while getting post paid service was as followed.
Package - Rs. 299 /-
Data - 720MB 3G data, after that 2G unlimited browsing.
Calls 500 minutes after that will charged differently.
As per above plan bill will be maximum Rs. 400 /- (includes service tax) based on my usage. But the now the bill is Rs. 1036 /- which is not fare. When I call to customer care they said plan has changed in middle of the billing period so cost is so much. When I visit to Vodafone store, executives are saying those agents from whom I have taken Vodafone post paid are not Vodafone agents. Also I have raised complaint regarding this but I did not get any reply from them.
I have tried all the way to get the solution but I did not get any solution from Vodafone people. Now people from the Vodafone giving me final notice to pay the billing amount.
