Anonymous on "Regarding Wrong billing and change of plan."

Respected all,

This is regarding change of plan and wrong billing without informing me from the Vodafone.
I have purchased Vodafone Post paid SIM connection on 29th October 2015 which is activated on after two days that is on 31st October 2015. The plan explained while getting post paid service was as followed.

Package - Rs. 299 /-
Data - 720MB 3G data, after that 2G unlimited browsing.
Calls 500 minutes after that will charged differently.

As per above plan bill will be maximum Rs. 400 /- (includes service tax) based on my usage. But the now the bill is Rs. 1036 /- which is not fare. When I call to customer care they said plan has changed in middle of the billing period so cost is so much. When I visit to Vodafone store, executives are saying those agents from whom I have taken Vodafone post paid are not Vodafone agents. Also I have raised complaint regarding this but I did not get any reply from them.
I have tried all the way to get the solution but I did not get any solution from Vodafone people. Now people from the Vodafone giving me final notice to pay the billing amount.

Please do the needful.

Nokia care of kota has taken the cell for repairing since one month.once more my cell was sent for repairing for one month but still it was not repaired completely.its gona be one month my cel to be repaired.servic centre themselves gave me date to take the cel but they are delaying continously.neither they giv us proper information nor they are talking nicely.they are using abusiv language and cut the cal.they themselves told that today we wil get d cell bt when i cald for the information they lost their manner to talk to the customers.i m not having the cel from 2 months. Plz help me

Hi Sir,

I have applied for Personal Loan transfer from Bajaj Finance to HDFC Bank and the total loan amount applied is 7,00,000/- and the processing charges as per commitment is 999/- Rs and they told you will be charged not a single rupee on top of it.
My account got credited with 99,835/- Rs on 23-12-2015 but I did not received the outstanding amount.
When I tried reaching the point of contact i.e. Roma-8485081623 she told me that the DD is in process.
After my continuous follow ups I get to know on 15-Jan-2016 from Mr. Devang Thacker (Devang.Thacker@hdfcbank.com-9370527039) that the DD has been returned back to the bank.
Then after so much follow ups I received the DD (amount-5,95,328/-) on 17-Jan-2016 and I submitted it on 18-Jan-2016 and closed the Bajaj Finance Loan.

Then I found a difference in the amount credited to my account:

Loan outstanding amount: 5,95,328/-
HDFC Loan Processing Charge: 999/-
HDFC PL Loan Processed: 7,00,000/-

Total Remaining Amount: 7,00,000 - 5,95,328 - 999 = 1,03,673/-
Difference in credited amount= 1,03,673 - 99,835= 3,838/-

When I asked Mr. Devang Thacker about this they told me that you have been charged 3000 as interest for the month of December and 700 for franking charges, when I asked him that you have not told me about any franking charges he told me yeh toh lagta hi hai sir.

And the 3000 interest they charged which I did not get the money/DD in December and finally got on 17 Jan 2016 they asked me to drop a complaint.

Please help me in getting my money as there is wrong commitment in processing charges and calculating interest on money which is not received by me and also the bank did not even confirmed the Loan as what is the amount sanctioned , how much is processing charge and how much is the rate of interest.

I recharged my Vodafone no. 9811378963 of ₹ 37 as best deal offers listening from VODAFONE IVR service 121, it offered 100+500 MB data on 20th Jan but it just gives 100+50 MBdata only. I talk to customer care executive but he denied my claim & said that offer is of extra 50 MB only. Then I wrote to Vodafone customer care but he asked for screen shot of that offer but as I tell him that I heared that offer on 121 IVR SERVICE & as a proof of that I sent the voice recording of that offer. But they are not considering it & vaguely asking for screen shot.

This kind of mistake is surely not desirable from such reputed company. This is completely blunder from their side, fault of their 121 IVR Service. Even still I am able to hear the same offer. This is a wrong play it is not just about 37 ₹ or 500 MB extra 3g data, it is more about giving wrong information to conduct their businesses. I am expecting a quick resolution.

To deactivate,Call or SMS STOP to 155223.For more services,call 56789 or click http://56789.airtel.in" and Rs 4.00 has been deducted from my main balance. Neither I have been applied for such nor airtel initiated me for such to deducted the balance. So this is totally an Unauthorized balance deduction. Also let me inform you this thing is became a regular issue. It happens with me 3-4 times for last couple of months.  I need my Balance back and also the  confirmation to not to face this issue again.

I had purchased LCD TV of Sony Bravia (model no. KLV-32 BX 300) on 2010 and after 2.4 years of successfully running, the display is Coming distorted.
After Service Engineer"s visit, Color Picture tube needs to be replaced and it will cost around INR 12000.

If an LCD TV from a brand like Sony doesn’t work for even 2 years, on what basis should customers differentiate between Sony and other brands?
This is frustrating & worst experience with sony and after getting this kind of experience i will stop buying products from sony and also ask my relative, friends & colleagues not to buy sony products.

After alot of followup from bank and website, i am marking complaint for immediate help,

I have done below transaction on 18th Dec,2015 from my debit card, amount was also debited, after that neither website refunded the amount nor product was shipped,

I am consistently following up from my bank and company shopclues for more then 40 days from now, marked several mails in this regard,
But no one has helped yet and seems company is not having intention of refunding the money,

I am very much disappointed with this experience and escalating due to non response and ignorance from the website shopclues.com,

Hi Team,

I have issue with MTS data card 3G service provider, My Data Card Number is 8453309021 (Vinod Kumar K).

1) For the month of DEC 2015 i have got bill Rs 1144/- (999+Tax) on 19th Jan 2016 for my personal mail id, which is not related to my plan, actual plan which I was having is 599 + Tax (which i have changed in the month of Oct 2015 from 999 to 599 for this plan i have paid bill for Nov 2015 after that i haven't asked any plan change suddenly i got bill of Rs 999 + tax plan )
2) When I got Dec Bill then i called to MTS Customer care on 19th Jan 2016 at 10.30PM then they said the bill has been changed to 999 after getting call from MTS people end but i never got call or message or mail for change of plan from 599 to 999. with out my notification they have changed the plan.
3) Now they are asking to pay the bill of Rs 1144/- (999+tax), then i have raised the complaint about the issue but they changed the plan from 999 to 599 on 20th Jan 2016 after raising complaint, here they are not responding for my actual problem.
4) I am ready to pay 599 + tax but not 999 + tax as fault is from their side, here issue is they have changed the plan with out my knowledge from 599 to 999 plan am not willing to pay for their fault.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I lost my data card (8925959981) between 10-jan-2015 to 15-jan-2015 and I reported the same to MTS customer care on 18-jan-2015 by mail .the MTS processed my request (ref:4631081) with a delay and my connection was deactivated after 10 days that is on 28-jan-2015. my bill period is between 18 to 18 on every month and i paid my last due for the period 18-dec-2014 to 18-jan-2015 as well, but MTS are claiming my due amount as rs 1014 and sent me a legal notice to pay the bill which is quite embarsssing.

Please help me to sort this issue.

I have taken treatement(peels) from kaya skin clinic. for that i have paid 16500 rs. its really useless. they ask a lot of money but its really not worth it! Now i am asking for my money back. They are not ready to do that.

Please Suggest me what can i do with the help of Consumer Court.

My home branch is koramangala, Bangalore.

I deposited 2000 rs on 25/08/2011, 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 250811 110 rs charged for that I raised a c complaint and complaint no is 0911010280.

On 08/09/2011 I received a call from the deposited branch (HDFC REDHILLS BRANCH) saying that my dad had deposited the amount.

I explained that I have signed the deposit slip and some disturbance happened in my parking so I handed over the amount and slip to my father to deposit.

The Rules are

When it is a 3rd party transfer the deposit slip name should not be the account holder name when it is an account holder name he should verify the signature.

When the signature also the account holder signature he should not accepted the amount.

When it is a 3rd party deposit he should mention that 110 rs will be charged.

The above things are the rules but nothing is happened.

While explaining the call gets terminated. When I again contact the phone banking they said the issue gets solved. For that again I raised a complaint. But till now no solution I got.

On 3rd I deposited the amount and he asked who’s account you are depositing and I said that is my account and he said ok.

But then also he charged 110 rs as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC.

I am very much disappointed. I am using hdfc bank still 4 years as a salary account, I am not faced as worst as ever.

When my money is not get refunded I have proof that I deposited the amount I will raise this issue in high level.

I have ordered razai with order no.19553070. Before booking product i have confirmed about return policy that their person will come and collect the product. But now they saying that person will not come to pick up the product i need to courier them. Already i have paid 1900/- for this product again i need to pay extra money for courier. I have asked them their pune office address where i will go personally and give the prodcut but they people not responding. They making people fool. I given address of my company capgemini talwade IT park if they can deliver my product to this address then they should come and pick the product from my address.

My name is Smit Sachdev. I am using Reliance broadband.

My subscriber id is 338706664012. It's not working for more than 25 days and i have made lots of calls to customer care and even went to local ahmedabad branch in prahladnagar but they are not responding properly.
Whenver i made call they talk it will take time around 24 hours but there is no any solution even after 24 days.
I have made complain but they close before solution and they even dont get confirmation from me and intimate me.

Following are complain id for that nothing solution is provided by Reliance communication till today.

1) 241719135 dated 07-01-2016

2) 241749599 dated 08-01-2016

3) 241905328 dated 13-01-2016

4) 241907435 dated 13-01-2016

5) 242090261 dated 19-01-2016

Only they promising that your complain will be solved in 24 hours but they do nothing for that. In flat there are two other connection from same box but for that solution given within 1 weak. But in my case technician refuse to solve my problem due to less time availibility with him, what the rubbish answer provided by that guy.

If reliance cannot repair my connection then i want my refund back which is amounted to around 1250 as soon as possible.
Because i have paid Rs.1991 at 30th Nov 2015 by online payment.
Even in mail they responded that we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
They even dont tell what time it will take. Reliance is not ready to refund my amount so solve this issue as soon as possible.
