I have been using reliance GSM number (7569529960) from long time. Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with your services as your company deducts balance every month (especially two days before the validity of GPRS/2G pack ends) from prepaid account without any notification and again deducts as soon as i get my main balance recharged. Every time I call customer care, I get the same answer that “server is down and we are unable to pull the details of deduction from your account, please call after 1 hour”. On calling customer care for 2-3 days for the same, finally the complaint gets registered after lots of effort. In February, I talked to higher authority and she promised it will not happen again. But again on 17th April Rs 300/- in total got deducted without any notification. I tried calling customer care for 2-3 days but they didn’t connect my call and were busy for 30-40 minutes. I wrote a complaint on customercare@relianceada.com and after asking all the details they logged my complaint as transaction ID 219361901 and promised that complaint will be resolved in 3 days. Even after 5 days, when it was not resolved, I wrote again and to my disappointment they replied ‘the amount deducted is charged correctly for GPRS as usage is done by you. Hence, waiver could not be passed for this.’ Which is completely a lie as I have proof in the form of SMS received by reliance stating I had 40.93 Mb left as on 17th April. Also now customer care number is blocked on my number.
It has been pathetic service I have ever seen with any telecom service provider. I'm smelling a high level of corruption, theft and cheating !! Hope you'll do the needful as soon as possible and will send that deducted amount back. Also, bring changes in your employee/services/server so that it doesn’t create so much hassle!
