Service provider-Reliance GSM.
On 25 April 2014 I recharged my number with Rs 30 and
within few minutes they deducted my balance
completely with Rs 1.20 as balance. Moreover they have blocked my number frm calling customer care.On calling their customer
representative frm my another number 9555388098,they never told why balance was deducted and keep on saying call again later
they were not even ready to register a complaint as to why this
has happened. I did not registered for any value added service
and had a data pack fully active on my number. the behavior of
Reliance on this part is highly irrational and erratic, as there is
no one who would listen to your grievances on their side. Even
after asking for refund which is my consumer right, they did not
even bothered to refund my balance, moreover were rudely
talking as if it was my fault.
