This is my poorest feedback I am again sharing for this stupid and of no use company.
On my number-9026172051, every time it happens that when in my net pack, 50Mb data is left, the net card stops working. I do not know why they have hired customer care persons. There is some technical issue in my number which they stupid illiterate customer care persons are not able to understand. The scenario is-
Whenever I use internet in my mobile, my main balance starts deducting though there is 50mb data in my net pack.
Like this, my main balance is deducted many times. And the worst case is that, my net pack does not start working until I recharge it.
This way there are 3 loss-
1-50 MB data , that is left in net pack is never used and always go on waste.
2- Need to recharge the net pack in spite of that there is already a net pack activated on my number with valid data and valid date
3-There is always wrong deduction of main balance and I need to recharge my account very time
Is there anyone who really understands the customer complaints can understand this?
Do they have record of customer complaints ever? Don’t they bother why a similar complaints is coming from then single number. I do not think they have nay data ever. They have only educated their customer care to say sorry madam sorry sir. I already have escalated my issue via email but there also a same uneducated customer care person replied with same sorry statement.
I too work in a consultancy, and we know how to serve customer. I wonder how such an irresponsible company can exist in market. What is their customer satisfaction Index (CSI), if they ever did the survey.
I have posted my worst feedback on every social media sites and complaint page on internet. I was thinking to my and data card of reliance but now with my this experience I am very afraid to look for any service from this company. In fact I will never suggest any1 to opt any service of this company. I will always post against of this company.,
This seems to be in intelligent idea of Reliance to fraud and cheat with customer and to increase their funds
I have 10-12 complaints registered till now with same number-9026172051, but now I am fed up and switching my number via number portability and will never look back at this company.
In this total scenario, I have faced a loss of 850 rs. in one month, and they have increased their funds by cheating me. And how shameless they are they are continuously doing so with hiding behind ” Sorry madam” word.
Please educate your team to maintain and gain the trust of customer, otherwise there will be decreased number of customer as I did.
