I've done Unlimited internet recharge for rs197. Usually they reduces speed to 256kbps on reaching 2gb data, but we only gets 9-10 kbps. This time they reduced speed once again on reaching 3gb data,10 kbps & took more than 30 minutes to download 1 mb. This speed reduction was not mentioned in recharge coupon and this is for the first time they reduced speed on reaching 3 gb
