I was following [B]Vodafone(9886621007) from 2004 when it was "HUTCH" [/B]and happened to PORT OUT from Vodafone in October 2013 due to BAD signal. Vodafone took it as a chance and changed my tariff plan from Etalk 125 to Talkathon 1299 without taking any request from me. I realized that Vodafone is cheating me when I saw my [B]Vodafone bill of 1,583.58 on 25/11/2013.[/B]
I have already placed a complaint# 659993194 with Customer Care (Akshatha) to re-confirm my plan as etalk125 and share the revised bill for making the bill payment. As I didn't get an update, contacted [B]Vikas Gnanendra, Bhavya, Martin, Gautami from "Vodafone Care"[/B] multiple times and they are NOT ready to chanage the plan as [B]"etalk 125" or proof for tariff change to "Talkathon 1299"[/B].

Your tariff plan w.e.f next bill cycle is getting modified to Etalk125: Rental-125, Local All-50p, STD V2V-50p, STD others-60p. Free-200 Local Min, 200 V2V SMS
By now I am very much clear that "Vodafone Care is NOT going to take any action against this issue".
[B]Please help me to get my final bill from Vodafone (Account No :5.24972.00.00.100154) with tarrif plan Etalk125.[/B]
