Anonymous on "relience care"

31st of Octomber i recharged my prepaid
number (9376242304) with Rs. 50rs so my balance was around 42 rs.On 3rd of nov i was not
able to call . I havn't used my balance in any way. so it should be minimum 40 rs.
I was keep on trying customer care with my
reliance number but it was saying this
service is not available on my number as i
don't have sufficient balance. On 4th nov i have again recharged with 30 rs . When i tried
many times, your
customer care kept me waiting for hours and
then pick the call and said that they even didn't knew as system is down so will call later. I have call again on 5th nov morning, after around 19:00 min waiting they picked call and tell that it' s too late so they refuse to tack even complain.and cut the line. Great, how you treat your customer.
On 31st of octomber due to some system fault VAS activated but i have refunded 5rs balance as i knew earlyly and called to r- care.

but its too rediculous that i have to check again and again that my balance is proper or not. and if not then call to care for refund... but i have to tell to RELIENCE that i have many other important work then calling you....

Refund my balance otherwise I can't suggest anyone to choose relience.
