My recent purchase of canon product eelivered was not a genuine one... It was returned to you back through aramex. I got a assurance from you that the cash will be refunded within 7 working days.... Its been more than a month now... Not yet recieved any response... I have mailed you calling you up ... No response.... Only automated mails i get... I was under a impression that rediff was genuine.... But im completely disatisfied with everything....
Please do look into this issue.... And do refund my cash as soonas possible...
