Anonymous on "Vodafone trying to cheat"

My name Jayant Poojary my no 9833035017. I recharged of 199rs unlimited 2g data plan on 4th or 5th march and on 7th march I got massage of recharge 26rs. I thought some 1 recharged by mistake But I don't know which plan it was so I went to check on website but I didn't get any information about this pack so I stopped thinking about it. 7th night i got massage of net pack ending so I went to check so there 0mb and 8th March was last date. 8th march morning I called customer care they said we can't do anything but I forced to register my complaint. But I didn't get any response. vodafone started fooling people like this I had just recharged unlimited net pack 4 days back than why should I recharge for 25mb net pack this is comansence but customer care executive say it my mistake. I am not mad to waste my 199rs if 4 or 5 days left for my net pack ending than no worries but I recharged 4 day back so I need my remain days that's it please help me. My complaint no. 846598045.
