Anonymous on "Balance deduction"

I have made complaint regarding unless deduction from main balance three weeks back .When I didn't get proper response from customer-care
I called them asking for reason for that unnecessary deduction , still i didn't proper reason and they have made my number not capable to make call to customer care .
