Anonymous on "RELAINCE BILLING EVEN AFTER A MONTH AND HALF AFTER RAISING TERMINATION REQUEST"

Hello All
I have raised a request with reliance on 1st April to get my connection(9341249970) disconnected .Finally after long follow up ,Calls ,Facebook posting and all they confirmed my number is suspended from April 24th .And May first one good CC executive game me 150Rs waver and told my last billing day will be 8th of April and no more bills will come to me here after and if bill is coming please call up CC and they will do the needful to wipe off the charge and I paid bill that day at reliance store .Now again on May15 I got one more bill of 329 Rs and when i called CC they are mentioning that I have made use of data between April14-24.I dont know how they are telling this and WHY they are letting a user use it after 15days from termination request .The higher escalation points are mentioning now that I need to pay the bill and then call again to CC and request for termination and more over the funniest one was "SIR WE HAVE PROVIDED YOU ATTRACTIVE OFFER THAT TIME INSTEAD OF TERMINATION AND WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT IT INSTEAD OF DISCONNECTION"
Who is reliance to ask me to accept their offer
