i took a new corporate connection from vodafone in the month of april with a 3g data limit of 8gb..and i hardly get time to use the services as i'm working with Tata consultancy services and doing a 10 hr shift. My phone remains in the security locker for 10 hrs in the security locker as we are not allowed cell phones in office due to security reasons and by the time my shift ends i'm too tired to use the phone and to my surprise i recieve a msg from vodafone last week that i have exceeded my data limit n they've charged me 8400 if my credit limit is 3500 why will vodafone let my credit limit get exceeded i was forced to pay 4000 which i think i shouldn't have paid first of all n they kept my phone disconnected and during this disconnection i changed my price plan to 999 with which i get 4gb 3g data and i get a call from vodafone again that i have exceeded 4gb when my phone services were barred. This is absolute non sense from vodafone and a serious case of fraud i tried contacting their customer care so many times but their executives are so unprofessional and placed my call on hold for 46 mins i wrote a mail to corpcare.mah@vodafone.com but did'nt recieve any response from them also. It looks like they really dont bother about consumer complaints. My data services are still barred and i am being harassed by their billing calls to make a payment for 8400..i have been sent a bill of 524 and they havent even mentioned on the bill for what charges they have disconnected my data services.
i want you to take appropriate against them and try to resolve this issue ASAP.
