Anonymous on "consignment which they not refund or return even having 7 days return policy"

Dear Sir/ Madam
I had placed an order Alex Sports Cool Air Black And White Running Shoes 9 through rediff shopping at May 16th 2015 at the name of M Mani Bharathi, and i received the consignment at May 20th 2015.
Here my issue is the order which i placed shoe size is 9 it is not fit to me so i requested to change my shoe size 10 from 9 to rediff shopping through customer care. This request i done at May 22nd 2015(Be assured. 7 days Return & Refund Policy) with in 7 days from i received it.
I placed the order while i seen the wordings of - Be assured. 7 days Return & Refund Policy.
Now iam asking for return or replace, they told me that not having that size and they wont change it and also refund the cash. if it is fit or not u have it and they cant took it back.
Now my problem is i brought the consignment by seeing that Be assured. 7 days Return & Refund Policy and now the size is not fit for me my product is useless to me because of their response.
So now i need my cash of return the shoe which is fit for me
