Hi,
I got a Vodafone post paid connection with no.9720081602 . I want to change this number from post paid to prepaid.I have given my bill and request for changing my no 2 months ago. After that many time I visited the vodafone store Haldwani, Tikoniya but no one is listening.I complained many time against this but no action has been taken. I called the customer service team in regards to the same and they only register a complaint. There is nobody to whom I can escalate this.
The best part is that Vodafone Customer Care and Stores doesn't have a QUALITY team or a GOOD MANAGEMENT to take action , those customer care reps who doesn't value their customers.
Porting Out is the only option and suggestion to all those unhappy customers.
