I bought an Apple earpods from Snapdeal on 20 March 2015 ( delivery date), the moment I received the product I identified it is fake and I requested snapdeal for replacement to send me the original apple product. Later on 30 March 2015 I received a replacement which is again a fake so I requested snapdeal again for a replacement of original product. Again on 6 April 2015, I received a replacement which is again a fake product. I have requested snapdeal again for replacement. The product Apple Earpods I ordered was around rupees 2000+ with a 80% discount and I even confirmed from snapdeal to find out is the product genuine and reverted me the product is 100% genuine and I have the confirmation email from snapdeal. If I receive my replacement product this time and if it is fake I am surly going for an consumer sue for causing inconvenience and I am from the legal background, Hence I will make sure to take this case forward.
My suggestion to Snapdeal stop selling fake products. if you are selling mention it is duplicate or fake, don't provide falls promise. Send me my genuine Apple Earpods.
