Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Atul khetrapal I am a residence of Vadodara .I have buy a
house in Vadodara & take a home loan from HDFC home loan with this i
have taken a home suraksha plus policy from HDFC ERGO as per
instructed by Home Loan department guys .
After buying this policy & home loan almost 5 to 6 months i get
suffered suddenly by Kidney diseases & before two month i have gone
thru kidney transplant at Shall by Hospital ahmedabad .
at the time of buying policy i have clear all the mandate concern
regarding this policy .That i am having a diabetes so the person at
HDFC home loan guys told me that this policy dosent require any
medical test or any declaration.
As per the policy if the buyer has gone thru any medical illness bank
will recover the 21 lacs from this policy as details mention below of
policy & condition written in attach file . So now at the time of
claim bank has refuse my claim & not given any communication to me in
written .Many time i have contact customer care than finally i visit
the branch in illness condition as i cant move in public places due to
infection than also i went to branch .
Finally the bank told me that you are having a pre kidney disease so
your claim is rejected .
As in have paid a 50000 for policy & currently my expense of operation
is of 10 lac. Please help me in to release my claim from this policy
.I would be very obliged for you .
