Stage 1: Installation was done on 27 October 2013. Payment done of Rs.4800 for 3 months' service.
Stage 2: Nobody arrived at my residence to uninstall the connection so I dialed up Customer Care and your local guys on November 9 2013 to confirm if the connection was feasible, all of them advised me to make the first login assuring me that the connection is fine.
Stage 3: The connection worked fine with proper bandwidth allocation as the Line-of-Sight is crystal clear from their tower to my house, until account was terminated on 27 November 2013 due to non-feasibility.
Stage 4: I received an email starting I was not eligible for any for refund.
I can't understand how they can claim to charge me 10p/MB if I had explicitly subscribed to an unlimited, no data limit plan.
How can they terminate my account with 80% of the credit unused under the guidelines that I might not be getting "proper bandwidth" and give me no bandwidth at all.
I have contacted them at least 20-30 times on their tolled customer care as the toll free takes forever to connect, hence costing me Rs.400-500, only to reach no solution.
I have a few friends who've had problems with this company and their policies, but they can't syphon my money.
I clearly followed all the steps I was advised to, by their staff. I have the cheque receipt, the bill receipt, the screenshots of the account terminated with balance in it, as proof.
