I bought SONY LED TV 32EX 330 last year and in just one year it’s panel got defected. I raised this issue with service centre and after several communication, I was communicated to replace my TV with SONY LED TV 32R422B but still, I have not got it.
It’s very disappointing that a service of such a big brand is going worst day by day. It’s been almost 2 months, my SONY LED TV has gone to your workshop. I have been chasing SONY service centre (NRI Electronics) but till today I have not got any resolution. Every time when I call service centre, they give me excuse one after another and that too with rude behavior. I don’t understand if my decision buying SONY TV was right or wrong but I am suffering a lot whilst there are many other brands available in the market and that too with good quality and reasonable price.
I have approached SONY service head/customer care through email several times but unfortunately, they are hardly bothered about customer problem and reputational loss of SONY as they don't reply on my emails. If you wish I can forward you the chain mails.
I have been paying monthly subscription to my Dish TV service provider since September hoping that I will get my TV soon as communicated by service centre.
I would request you to please help me.
