Dear Sir/Madam,
This refers to your mail dated Dec 2, 2014 at 8.00 pm, you clearly state that I have paid you Rs. 57,100/- towards full and final settlement against my card. You are completely wrong about the payment released by me is not on time. The payment made to you by myself are as per the timelines given by your representative / Bank Manager Mr. Anjani Mishra, Mr. Deepak Menon and other staff members one of them is Mr. Ravi Patil, HDFC Bank, Chandivali Branch. As instructed by all of them I have released all the payments to them and taken receipts which clearly indicates “Payment received against Full & Final Settlement”.
All payments will be released under instructions from your respective Bank Managers mentioned below and for your information the time frame given to me that was 9 months and not 6 months. You can check your records I have paid all dues on time.
For your information, Mr. Ravi Patil called me and informed me clearly that Rs.20,000/- will be my full and final payment to be made to HDFC Bank and no further dues to be made from my side. He supposed to release No Dues Certificate from Chandivali Branch within 15 days after receipt of Rs. 20,000/-, after getting confirmation from Mr. Ravi Patil, I paid Rs.20,000/- to him. As you say that the call is recorded, you can check the recorded calls.
I am sorry to inform you that I will not release any further payment, as I had already paid you Rs.57,100/- as confirmed by you in your mail and there is no further due from my side.
For your information, Mr.Anjani Mishra and Mr.Deepak Menon HDFC Bank, Chandivali Branch threatened me and my family to try to kill all of us and they have sent body guards (local gundas) at my home with knife. Still I have paid all the outstanding to you.
If you will not released by No Dues Certificate, I have no other option just to file FIR against the above representatives of HDFC Bank Chandivali Branch for threating and killing my family members and against you for taking their side.
If you are saying that my settlement get revoked or invalid, I request you to please release my amount of Rs.57,100/- with interest since December, 2013 at the earliest.
I humble request you to please release my No Dues Certificate immediately on receipt of this letter.
