we have requested for disconnection more than 3 DAYS ago. there was no response from tikona care.
Our connection date was 22 NOVEMBER 2014. and we never use single MB data during this period, because the "connection was time out'. tikona technical person NOT resolve the problem, but it doesn't work.
After wait for 3 days we have requested for disconnection. your concern person haven't take us seriously.
they stop responding on mail.
We have paid you Rs. 2135/- on 22th NOVEMBER 2014. we want our money back.
This is my last mail to Tikona, if you will not solve my problem. i will post about this fraud on social media, on your facebook, twitter, linkedin page. i will do your complaint in consumer court. take us seriously.
