I have Vodafone post paid connection, corporate plan. My monthly bill was about 75 to 100 ( average about 80 ). Suddenly this month my outgoing was stopped. On checking with Vodafone customer care on 1st Nov 14, I was told that I have exceeded my credit limit of R4500. I asked for details. They said even they don't have the details now & can be had once the bill is generated. I got the details only on 10th Nov. It said that I have made a ISD call to Estonia no 37270030065 for 44 minutes at Rs.100/minute.
I had not made any such call. In spite confirming that I haven't made any such call, Vodafone insist that the bill is correct & I have to pay.
When I asked
1) Why have they activated ISD without permission?
2) Why was the credit limit was set to R4500 without my permission/knowledge?
3) T provide me the recording of this call, to help me identify the caller, in case the call was really made.
there was no reply.
I feel cheated by not informing me some service given to me without my knowledge. Also Vodafone has failed to protect me from such fraudulent international calls
