Anonymous on "MTS Mblaze service"

Hi taken Mblaze 9141990105 ultra wifi,3G plus upto 9.8 mbps first month my connectivity was good and i paid the bill at appropriate time(April month).Suddenly my MTS speed was completely dipped and i was not getting any signal.On June month i raised complaint and i got message within 48 Hrs issue will be resolved and after 4 days i got message that issue has been resolved.When i called customer care they told some one from MTS called but d didnt picked the call.Whole June month i didnt used data card.In between for checking the signal we used data card in different location but i of no use.In July again i given 2 more complaints and i called one of the MTS bangalore manager Rahul he promised that he will send some RF team guys.Once the RF team person came to my location there was no signal at all in my location samething he conveyed to MTS.Now aam getting call from MTS i need to pay the bill for 3 months around 2000 Rps and the response we are getting from customer care is very pathetic.For the data which i have not used at all and i given complaints continuously company is asking me to pay bill,This is really ridiculus.and they are thretening me that they will send leagl notice,Infact one of the manager told he will completely cancel the bill against me as he got RF team response of no signal in our area. Please help me in this issue.
