Anonymous on "balance detection"

Frist of all noone is intrested to active ur value added service. If someone wants to activate any service he can call to customer care and can activate...these all companies activate services lnd customer calls to 198 ,5-6 times for balance refund...without any refund has been made...
All companies are making fool of poor and uneducated indian peoples and detecting there balance regularly. ..they dont know what to do for refund ....they cant read msg send by companies of balance detection..so many times they even dont know about there balance detection. .
Some examples -
compnies send sms and if you press ok or cancel to these flash msg or even press red button balance balance detected ....
a call comes from MTS to my friend for caller tune he disconnected it ,after some time his rs 30 has been detected...
when you use internet there is msgs in between pages and if you click on these msgs by mistake ur balance upto 100 rupees will be directed. ...dont you think it is illegal. ..how can a third party detect my balance without my permission or without my operaters permission on just a wrong click ..i pay to vadafone so how can a third party detect my balance....therw are certain methods for payment for any content i use...
TARI is useless.....
Someone has to do something about it because all these companies are making fool of indians ....plese do something for poor and uneducated indians peoples .....
Any educated person should take this responsibility and shtuld file UIL against it...you can say it is samll thing but it is not because all companies are duing this to 121 crore indian people...they are looting us....
Hope some responsible person like anna hazare will come and will fight against it...
May be mr. Narendra modi ji will do something about it......hope...
