Hello Team,
I am very disappointed with the way snapdeal is dealing with my refund request, I had ordered two item with the order Id number 3333517297. 1) home smart nicer dicer 2) prestige non-stick tawa.non-stick tawa received was physically damaged and was terurned, however snapdeal processed a refund for nicer dicer product of 509/- which is in my possession instead the full refund for the tawa 906/-, I have been raising my complaint since two weeks with the snapdeal customer care team but they simply gives false commitment n no refund provied for the difference amout till date.
