Anonymous on "I did 3G recharge but getting speed of 2G"

Last Month I recharged my Reliance no wit Recharge 247 and i got 1 GB 3G Data.
After few days i recharged 74 rs which is of call rate @30 p + 500 MB 2G data. After this recharge i was getting very slow 2G speed.
I complaint to Customer care they said-"first of all 2G will be used then 3G will activate".. Sounds OK
BUT I was getting 2G speed BUT my 3G net balance was used.
I again compalint that my 2G data should be used not 3G but No process in my matter.
I am a student and cannot afford this cost again. i lost 247 rs and and did not get 3G speed,even i cannot recharge again till 2G vaildity is running.
Please give me my 247 Rs back or 1GB 3G data.
