I have recharge my vodafone no.9582123337 on 10/11/14 for net card of Rs.199 thru online. I have received a message that recharge is successful but I have not received any net recharge update. But I lodge complaint in customer care no. They told me that 199 plan is not there then why should not I get back that amount return. They given one registration no.2504972228 on 11/11/14 saying that the amount will be adjusted in my main account balance within 24 hrs but till date I have not account balance or amount return. Please consider this urgent and do the needful.
