I had booked a ticket in looknbook.com and immediately after money trasection through net banking the site said that your PNR of the ticket is not confirmed. After that I got a call from their repesentative that due to technical reasons your ticket was not confirmed and will be confirmed by next day(27/8/11). on the next day they said that if the ticket is not confirmed on the same amount we would refund your money but the site is showing the same ticket at the same price still. they are sending mesages in mobile about their site, wasting costumers time and doing fraud and after that bagging that this happens many times. the site should be fined and closed immediately and compensation should be given by them to the suffered costumer along with full return.
