I applied for Cognizant Sr MAnager through a consultant and got a telephonic call from cognizant HR with my interview scheduled between 11 and 12 the next day. The next day I waited for the interview between 11 and 12 but no interview call came . later they called me and apologized and said that interview will be held in next 5 minutes. Then again they called and said that panel is busy and interview will happen after 10 minutes. Nothing happened after 10 minutes and again they called and said that interview will happen at 5:30 PM and apologized. THen finally they called at 5:30 PM and one of their senior person spoke to me and asked me to revert by Monday if I want to proceed futher. Then on Monday they called me again and fixed the F2F interview on Thursday @ 4 pm. on Thursday I reached their by 3:00 PM only . Instead of welcoming me I had to wait for 1/2 and hr and then their hr asked me to call the interviewing person and get myself interviewed! The interview person looked greedy and money minded and wasted my 1 hr giving me gyan and talking nonsense . He went to expain another position which did not exist and interview me for that. later he asked me to go home. Later their HR told me that this position is not active and They will revert when it is active. I am thoroughly disgusted with this treatment and feel that cognizant is US slave and don't resect the citizens of India. Working for such a organization is like working for USA and not for India. Suggest people to be careful when asked to switch over to such companies
