I have been a Vodafone user for the past 8 years and was a loyal customer. I used their 3G data plan which would cost me around Rs. 600 per month. In the month of August, my bill came to Rs. 11,234. It is to be noted at this point, that my credit limit is Rs. 4000.
I raised a complaint against them, and was informed that they would reverse my charges, as it had been wrongly charged. However, the same wasn't done and when i didn't pay my bill they disconnected my number.
Inspite of repeated complaints, they refused to switch on my number and insisted I pay the bill. I wish to take Vodafone to the court for the inflated bills and harassment faced.
