I've ordered Dell Inspiron N5537 Core I7 4th Gen, 8GB ram, 1 tb Hdd, Win 8 from rediff shopping portal on 1st oct 2014.
After placing this order i got email saying order is approved and it will be delivered in 7/8 days.
Then i was following up with the customer care about product delivery they were saying due to public holidays it is taking time to dispatch but be assured that your order will be dispatched soon.
Meantime i contacted to Vendor 'Max Technologies Chennai' He said that your order will not be delivered because rediff has put wrong price details on the portal and i can't deliver this item.
Now i did contact with rediff again they said we would contact with vendor and be assured that your order would be dispatched. In all this things 5 day gone, and then i recieved email from rediff that your order has been cancelled due to some operational issue.
I called to customer care representatives and their senior 'Kamini' she said order got cancelled because item was out of stock, But i tolde her that i already did contact with Vendor and he was saying about wrong price quotation.
I also told her now its Rediff's responsibility to deliver my order because it's your fault that you put wrong details on the portal. I've made payments now to keep rediff's credibality you have to deliver the order.
During this same deal was being displayed on portal so i don't know how many customers were faced same issue.
Kamini said your concern is valild give me some time and will call back you. But she never called back me instead whenvever i called to customer care and asked to connect to Kamini , they were saying like She has went out for lunch, , not available on floor, She is busy on another call etc.
So In my opinion Rediff is worst in online shopping, Do not but anything from Rediff because it is not gauranteed whatever you ordered is available or not. And one more this Rediff has no importance about its credibality and their customers.They are liers and fraud.
So Avoid shopping from Rediff
