I booked my house hold with Associated Packers and Movers Trivandrum for Pune.I booked stuffs on 27th July 2014.They asked 24,200 Rs. out of that I paid 10,000 cash and 14,200 Rs by cheque(cheque no. 385951 State Bank of India) in favor of R.Rakesh Kumar. As I got relocated from Trivandrum to Pune,I requested them I search a house there and inform you the address.They said no problem sir ,inform us the address we immediately send your consignment and it will reach you within 2 days.I got flat in Pune on 10th August 2014 and informed the address to R. Rakesh Kumar(Mobile no. 09895848486). .They said we will send you your household within 2 days.After two days I called them ,they stoppped attending the phone.After many trials Ashok(Mobile no. 07736916099) relied that you have to pay remanining amount 14,200 Rs. in cash otherwise we can send the households because we have to pay to transporter and not having money.I asked that how I can rely on you?He said if we encash your cheque and don't send household then what you can do?H e called back me and said I am sending account details please deposit the remaining amount in this if you want your stuffs otherwise wait till next month.I was worried and transferred the remaining amount of 14,200 Rs. in Suresh Babu's account( Acc .no 05610100012054 Bank of Baroda Kalmassery Branch Earnakulam)WITH TRANSACTION ID INB/NEFT/AXIR142267150944/SURESH BABU/As on 14th August 2014.Still I am waiting for household and they stopped responding. I called to there registered office's contact no. 0422 2648527,a lady picked up the phone and I told about my issue she said please wait for 10 min I check and call back to you.I waited for 2 hrs but she didn't call then I called her and she said your house hold has not loaded because transport has not yet arranged.After this I am calling them again and again. I am having a 1.5 yr old child and facing many difficulties because of these cheaters. You can imagine my condition, a family having child and without a house hold.I am helpless.As I joined a new job in Pune so I am not allowed to take a leave during probation period and can't go back to Trivandrum to meet these cheaters.Please help me what should I do to teach them a lesson.
