I have been using vodafone for 9 months now.
I have corporate plan of which i was very happy.
But suddenly i was charged 5300 rs as my bill for month of july because they say i have consumed 3GB of data.
The data usage of my phone shows the extra usage as 553 MB after 2GB.
They said i consumed 2GB that was in my plan on 17th july. So from 18th july to 31st july the data usage is 553 mb.
I have registered this with them and said i will pay for this extra usage but not for 1GB extra that i have not used.
I feel the biling is false. What they claim is that they have never charged me wrongly so does that mean you get chance and being postpaid you just give some wrong charges.
I asked for the browsing history to give proof of my use as where i have used that much of data.
I never consume more than 1.5 GB.
But yes there was extra usage i saw that and m ready to pay for that much.
But neither have they replied anythiong or nor taken any action.
A customer has all the rights to know where he/she is being charged.
Just because there system shows 3gb usage doesnt mean its right.
How do i know if it is right and valid.
My mobile shows the usage 553 MB extra and that is what is my demand.
Pathetic service !
