222146768 222175564 222239663 222404071 222440454 222453591.These are some request nums provided to me whic are resolved in given TAT but such a third class technical service that the same problem occurs within 4 hrs. And again give a call in so called customer care, where their representatives forward the calls to Seniors and Seniors dont pich up the phone. I called today i.e on 11 July 2014 from my cell num 9021211292 at 10.27am where the girl transfered my call to Senior and senior didnt pick up the call, due to my other important work i have to disconnect the call for waiting more that 7 minutes.This happened many times with me and i mentioned this many a times to Realince applete team.But i dont know why Realince team cant train their Seniors and representatives.on 1st July i called a person named Shehjad and Donzel,one of them provided me wrong setings that day onwards im facing this wrong deduction charges and this problem is not resolved till date.Now im unble to make outgoing calls also.I have 15 Rs balance still i get the remark insufficient balance.Now more that 49 Hrs are gone i cant make any outgoing calls neither my GPRS is working and im charged for all these things.
