My order number is 9619870. I placed my order on Monday night 5th May, and today is Friday 9th May but haven't received my order yet. This is the case when other eCommerce site are providing same day delivery guarantee.
I tried calling your customer care support but it is busy every-time I call. I can't even cancel my order as I'm not able to contact your customer care support. We can't even track our order, and we don't even get any status update of our order. Very disappointing service and customer support.
This is seriously unacceptable and it is not good as per the standard of Rediff.com. So far, this has been my worst shopping experience with any of the eCommerce website.
I don't understand why this website is still running if they can't handle their customer base. I would suggest other buyers to beware of this site so that they can save their time and money.
