Anonymous on "Fake call from delhi & ncr region."

I also received such a call from No.8285660533 (as a Police Officer) by name Digvijay Singh who informed me that he had received the case against me filed by some state corporation bank. He also mentioned that this case is being dealt by some advocate named Abhishek Gupta, and gave me his contact number 9711952337. When i talked to this second person so called advocate, he advised me to settle down the case outside the court by providing the cheque before 1300 hrs failing which the case shall be submitted to the cout of law.
As the call ended up with the advocate once again the Police Officer called up who was on waiting during the conversation with advocate and said that it was his duty to inform me so he did, and now he shall take the action.
After a sort of time when I again called the advocate someone else received the call and send the message that Mr. Abhishek Gupta so called advocate is inside the court.
I was thinking where they have got my details, one thing strikes to my mind that I have registered this mobile number only in Naukri and Monster few days back. They might have pulled the data only from any of these. My question is how come these fraudsters having access to go through my confidential data via Naukri & Monster? This is looking very strange.
