Sir/ Madam,

I have been using Reliance Post Paid services for the last 4-5 months or more.This time I used the free 50 MB internet provided in the monthly pack, but unfortunately they have charged me extra for the free 50 MB or the discounted units of Mobile Internet for more than Rs.500/- , which is completely illogical and unethical . Kindly look into the matter and help in getting the bill adjusted with appropriate and genuine charges.Looking forward for your cooperation.
