Anonymous on "Against Reliance broadband not getting Refund"

I have cut my Internet Connection in Februrary. And I have paid all the billing amount . But Till yet I am not getting my Refund amount about 1100 yet. Whenever I contact customer care they alsway told me its under processing .
But what the Hell, Whenever they are going to Refund money It will take too much time. And whenever a customer paid bill it should be ontime and else you got penalty.
But same condition is not apply with these provides.
