I booked a holiday package from yatra from delhi to leh and leh to delhi, so In the package they book the flght from Go air ,...My Pnr no is 0YCQ19 and it was the flight from leg to delhi for 20 persons on 2nd July , but the flight got cancelled and rescheduled on 4th July , so I cancelled the flight for 4 persons . And when I call to their customer care they say yes your booking got cancelled but will not be able to provide any receipt because it's a group booking, so they gave the email address to mail this thing, even I didn't got any response from their side . Such a worst customer care and no responses ,so that I can show the cancellation receipt to yatra and make my money back. Both of them ( yatra and go air ) are not coordinating. The names of the persons flight go cancell are ARJIT AGRAWAL , ABHISHEK AGARWAL , RIDDHI SINGHAL , KISHAN SINGHAL
