I have taken a Vodafone number 9830625699 two months back.It gives me 85 INR in main a/c and 1GB data.after 2 days I found I have 4 Rs/- balance.I called Vodafone Customer care,
they told I downloaded 3 wallpapers costs @30 +25+26 from chargeable site. Am I full??They told we can't give you back your money bcz our database showing that.
I'm Damn sure they lie to me or there system is set up such that it deduct money randomly from customer's a/c and it will register into there database that customers downloaded videos,wallpapers ..bla bla..bullshit.After that I stop recharging on my number for approx 1.5 month,then after I recharge Rs 20/- and after 1 day again I found my balance remains 1.5 Rs. What is this ???????????Again I called they told you downloaded video from a chargeable sit. I am faded up with this Service provider.If they decided to stole money from users like that way then they should have guts "Yes we are too poor now,that's why we are starting this activity".
I don't want those money back just want that please stop this deduction without any reason.
And I found many complains below,have they got there solution after registering complains here??
How will I get the solution or how will I know that any action is taken against them???
