Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to inform you that one of your executive commited me to provide me my choice Number but they provided me another number without any information. When I gave a complaint regarding this they Commited me to provide me another Number (9861277111) without any Charges and the billing will be charged from the activation of my New Number 9861499911. But they have charged me both Number Change Charge of Rs 224.72 and the Commited rental from the activation of the Old Number.
After so many complaints they are not responding me. Every day they are telling me it would be done with in tomorrow. The same thing is happening since 30th June 2014.
I have concerned to the Billing Dept., Webworld and Customer Care but they all are saying that where you have got the connection they can only wave the charges, it will be waved with in a moment. But they are not responding me.
Now I am hopeless. Kindly help me and arrange me return back all my expenses regarding this, as they are regularly cheating with me and wasting my time. Please charge a case of Harassment.
