I am writing this because I am tired and frustrated of calling the rediffshopping helpline over the last month and a half. I had ordered two products from the rediffshopping website on 9th may 2014 (which was an index happy animals clear view pool and a natural fitness anti burst exercise fitness gym ball). Upon recieving I noticed that both the products were damaged. I immediately booked a return complaint. Both the products had been picked up from my house in the same month. It has now been over a month and I still haven't received any refund. I have repeatedly called and complained but still no response. The only response I am getting is that I will be recieving a call within 24 hours from their end. Once the products were picked up, I was told that I will recieve a refund within 20 days. I am tired of repeatedly calling. Every time they put me on hold for at least 20 to 30 mins and provide no solution. Sometimes even disconnect the call. This is very insulting and mentally harassing. Please provide me with a solution because now I am feeling that there is no point in complaining on their complaint number and online complaint portal. The order number of the products were 9645019 and 9644994.
