Anonymous on "Reliance GSM balance deduction multiple times with no notification"

Hello Sir/ madam,

This is to notify that I have been using reliance GSM number from long time and very unhappy with the customer service and products. My number is 8080074008 from Mumbai metro location. I have my GPRS/ 3G pack activated ; still I have been charged for internet usage. And most of all, this is not the only once. I have been charged for internet multiple times. This is happening very often now. And every time I call customer care , I get the same answer that “server is down and we are unable to pull the details of deduction from your account. please call after 1 hour”. I will keep calling customer care for 24 to 36 hours for the same issue and get the same answer. Finally the complaint is registered and issue is resolved after 48 hours of registering the complaint. Till then I am not able to use the internet. Even if I recharge my main balance, it keep on deducting from main balance and I will not be able to use the main balance as well. After following up and complaining so many times, I’m still getting the same issue and it’s not resolved. The worst part is the reliance customer care executive. Whenever I call customer care, I feel like I am talking to a person who is uneducated, unprofessional, untrained person who cannot talk professionally or cannot understand you . They do not represent the name of the company. They will put the call on hold for long time without asking. They will keep us waiting for long time and finally come back with same answer to call back after some time. False promises of callback which I never received. After calling multiple times to customer care, my mobile is blocked to dial to customer care and I cannot dial customer care department and I have to search for another reliance number to call the customer care. It has been pathetic service I have ever seen with any telecom service provider. It has been consistent issue. I do not receive any notification and balance is deducted from main balance. I cannot use the services till my issue resolved. finally I have decided to move on and port my number to any other service provider. I am writing the email to notify you for your worst product with worst customer services. I hope you look up for improving your services to retain your consumers and prove a brand image in the market. especially your customer care executives and balance deduction issue. Thank you.
