Bsnl mobile Internet not working in center of the city. Even when standing behind the tower the Internet is not working
This problem exists with all the bsnl mobile phones in my family. I contact customer care and they shout at me. I'm not using any charity mobile Internet service. I'm paying And the company is committed to providing me the good service. Customer care people even don't know about the company service. They are asking me to check the Internet balance at*111*6*2#(vodafone) instead of *124*1# in BSNL. This shows that the customer care doesn't know about the basic service offered by them. And in office no respect for customers. Younger generation has taken a great decisions that almost everybody is not using bsnl. Soon they are going shut the company down if they provide these kind of poor services. Private companies are charging more but provide good service. I'm going out of BSNL. Bye.....move out of BSNL and teach them a lesson that customer is more important.
